Every Acecare carbon fiber cylinder comes with a 1‑year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. From impact damage during transit to material flaws, if it’s our fault, we’ll repair or replace your cylinder at no extra cost. To file a warranty claim, simply email photos and your order number to acecare@vip.163.com within 12 months of purchase.
